Zonda is looking for a Systems Administrator to evolve and expand our team. Zonda looks for people who can grow, think, dream, and create. As a Systems Administrator, you will be working with both cloud and on-premise infrastructures. Working to be solely cloud, you will assist with moving a portion of the environment to AWS and Azure. Integration is key at Zonda and you will work closely with the team to achieve this.


Major Responsibilities and Related Duties Include:

  • Define and implement Azure cloud-based solution architectures
  • Maintain inventories of infrastructure equipment, software, and security settings, assuring compliance with licensing requirements and Zonda's Corporate standards
  • Troubleshoot system hardware, software, and operating systems
  • Maintain cloud network configurations and network diagrams
  • Provide administration, new setup and troubleshooting for servers, sites, domains and routing
  • Use backup technologies daily to ensure proper data protection of the company's digital assets
  • Use company and outside vendors to service and repair infrastructure systems
  • Assist in the design, and execution, of system load/stress testing
  • Perform regular upgrades to systems and associated services
  • Evaluate, test, develop, and install system enhancements and new software
  • Research and provision of indepth analysis/recommendations related to the implementation of new technologies
  • Periodic 24/7 oncall required

Skills, Education, and Experience:


  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Subject matter expert level of experience with Microsoft Cloud Technologies
  • Adeptness leading cross disciplined IT teams in troubleshooting and issue resolution
  • Experience with AWS
  • Experience with VMware 6
  • Experience with Automation
  • Azure or other certifications strongly preferred
  • Must thrive working in a fastpaced environment
