Client Growth Specialist Job Description
Are you a highly motivated and ambitious individual with a passion for driving business growth? Do you possess exceptional communication skills and a natural talent for building strong relationships? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Client Growth Specialist at Ginger Desk

Reports to:
CEO and Founder

Minimum Hours: 40 hours/week

Client Growth Specialist Responsibilities:

Proactively reach out to prospects to introduce our company's products/services and understand their needs and pain points.
Schedule and conduct engaging product demos and presentations for potential clients.
Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to strategize and execute effective lead generation campaigns.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities and track progress using CRM software (Hubspot).
Communicate effectively with prospects, addressing their inquiries and providing relevant information.
Develop a deep understanding of our products/services and industry to articulate value propositions convincingly.
Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the company and establish valuable connections.
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
Collaborate with the sales team to transition qualified leads into the sales funnel.

Client Growth Specialist Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year proven experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Development Representative, Customer Support, or similar role.

Skills/Attributes Required:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident and persuasive demeanor.
Goaloriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
Familiarity with Hubspot and sales tools for lead tracking and pipeline management.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
A selfstarter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Prior experience in the Allied Healthcare industry is a plus.
A positive attitude and a passion for continuous learning and professional growth.

Organizational Responsibilities:

Reflecting and interpreting Ginger Desk's Vision, Mission, and Core Values in their own work with enthusiasm and commitment.
Acting in accordance with relevant legislation and company Policies, Standards, and Procedures.
Proposing changes within Ginger Desk that would improve service within the company.
Developing and maintaining respectful, cooperative working relationships to contribute to the integrated, seamless delivery of Ginger Agency services to health practitioners across Canada.
Problemsolving upcoming issues or challenges that arise.
Ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and safekeeping of Ginger Desk records and materials.
