Description
We are looking for a self motivated, hardworking, positive individual to join our Order Entry/CS team.

Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, have excellent CS skills and able to complete daily work with accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities include entering customer orders, preparing quotes and creating production paperwork, using our internal Paradigm software program. Other duties will include communicating with various internal teams, as well as external suppliers and dealers.

A full time position which will include training on our product offerings

Office of Operation:
Mon - Fri 8:00 - 5:00 pm. Must be flexible with work hours in the event overtime is required.


QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Door and Window Experience an asset**:
  • 2 years previous experience in data entry and office administration
  • Excellent Verbal and Written skills
  • Ability to work well with numbers
  • Attention to details
  • Accurate with mínimal errors
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.
  • Follow directions and work well individually and in a team setting
