Job summary
This position involves establishing a clean Trade database in Zoho CRM deduped firms contacts standardized fields attributing sign-up forms lead sources into CRM reliable channel segment reporting building insight-ready reporting framework Trade list growth path purchase conversion retention across key segments.Responsibilities
- Audit existing Zoho CRM data identify duplicate Trade accounts/contacts missing or inconsistent fields bad values in lead source / segment fields records that are Trade but not marked as such.
- Deduplicate records normalize picklists e.g. Trade segment source role backfill Trade flags where inferable archive or clearly label legacy data excluded analytics.
