About Us

What You'll Do

  • Manage and execute the No Sugar Day (Oct 3rd) and Natural Joy Day (May 2nd) yearly initiatives
  • Event planning and strategic planning you'll manage any concert promotions, tradeshows, or events that pop up throughout the year
  • Create sales and marketing decks for new product launches
  • Help in the management of our social outreach program for No Sugar, Joyburst, and Wellnx
  • Manage our social media firm
  • Manage Costco demos with a focus on performance, execution, and marketing
  • Work closely with brand partners to optimize communication and innovation mixes
  • Clear understanding of CDS reps' needs and working in alignment with Sales, Trade, and Marketing teams to support successful outcomes of Costco demos
  • Help PR agencies assigned by brands and internal crossfunctional teams to achieve brand objectives
  • Drive strategic initiatives and decisions within the company

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; course focus on marketing or business or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 25 years of relevant marketing experience in Consumer Packing Goods
  • Like the fastpaced environment of a startup company
  • Ability to work longer hours if needed and travel
  • Passionate about marketing and getting things done
  • Excellent analytical skills & project management skills; be able to effectively present and implement action plans
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to independently lead & motivate internal crossfunctional teams & external agency partners
