Responsibilities:


  • Conduct doortodoor sales presentations to potential customers within assigned territories.
  • Actively engage with prospects to showcase our products/services and explain their benefits.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing customers.
  • Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
  • Demonstrate indepth knowledge of our products/services and effectively communicate their value propositions.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Effectively manage sales leads and followup with potential customers.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors' products, and market conditions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving sales performance.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in direct sales or doortodoor sales is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude with the ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
  • Resultsdriven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Selfmotivated and able to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Ability to adapt to different customer personalities and needs.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Salary:
$15.00-$35.00 per hour


Day range:

  • Monday to Friday

Flexible Language Requirement:

  • French not required

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Edmonton, AB T6E 5Y9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)

  • Driving Licence (required)
