As a Door-to-Door Sales Representative for Firefly, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and promoting solar energy solutions within residential communities.
You will be responsible for initiating contact with homeowners, educating them about the benefits of solar energy, and eventually closing sales to help them transition to clean, renewable power sources.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct doortodoor sales presentations to homeowners in designated neighborhoods.
- Engage with potential customers to understand their energy needs and provide tailored solar solutions.
- Educate homeowners about the advantages of solar energy, including cost savings, environmental benefits, and available incentives.
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of our products, services, and financing options.
- Build rapport and trust with customers to effectively overcome objections and close sales.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, appointments, and conversions.
- Collaborate with team members and sales managers to achieve individual and team targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes affecting the solar market.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
- Selfmotivated and resultsoriented, with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. (required)
