Position Description Summary
Responsible for coordinating the movement of freight by air from the local airport to domestic and international destinations. This role will work closely as part of the Air team. He/she must demonstrate a commitment to exceeding client expectations while respecting and adhering to company policies.

Principal Accountabilities

Prepares accurate airfreight export documents in Procars and Argus
Actions pickup requests with appropriate paperwork
Inputs invoices, and storage charges in Argus as well as distributing the invoices.
Interacts with clients and handles the transactional requirements of their accounts.
Interacts with peers, subordinates, and colleagues at various Schenker divisions.
Complies with ISO Standard Operating Procedures and the instructions of one's supervisor or manager.
Other duties as required.
