About You

- On a mission to provide exceptional customer service and operational skills to support and maintain our Smoothie Machines across the lower mainland.

A kicka$$ individual seeking a blend of both a handson role where you work on customer sites, alongside some desk work.

A Day in the Life

Operate and service our smoothie vending machines, including but not limited to filling machines with ice, restocking puree, cups, lids & straws, changing clean water tanks and wastewater tanks and sanitizing the machines.
Provide timely updates on product usage, supply requirements and inventory levels relating to Machine operation.
Conduct onsite tours to inspect facilities, equipment, and materials to ensure compliance with our operations.
Test the smoothie machine prior to sending it to the client (ensure it is updated and set on appropriate settings this will be a collaborative effort with our tech team).
Able to respond to customer inquiries and complaints.
Running samples to SGS, our lab partners in Vancouver.
Working closely with the Tech Department to understand tech needs for the smoothie machine; recommend, test and implement service changes and overall improvements to the machines.
As we expand our operations, helping to build out our customer service and maintenance procedures. Once trained will facilitate training sessions to the team and new hires.
Available on launch dates to provide samples and engage with people to use our machines/taste our smoothies.
Promote and participate in Trendi's Safety Culture.
Operate company vehicles safely and effectively to service different sites across the Lower Mainland.
Support and ownership of adhoc projects and accountabilities as assigned by the reporting manager.

What You Bring to the Table

Techsavvy with experience operating and troubleshooting machinery, as well as working with a computer.
Class 5 Driver's Licence with clear driving record.
Critical thinker and problem solver who loves coming up with solutions
Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work independently without supervision.
Teamorientated demeanour and must be able to work onsite across the Lower Mainland and work flexible hours as required and requested by the reporting manager.
Familiarity with our IT systems is considered as asset: Google G-Suite, Vendron, Asana, HubSpot, Nayax, or Slack.
An adaptable, detailoriented, and resourceful attitude, with a solutionsdriven mindset that thrives in a fastpaced and highpressure work environment.
Exceptional communication, follow up and time management skills, with an ability to shift priorities based on evolving business needs.

Bonus points if you have:

Occupational First Aid (OFA) Level
Forklift License.
Food Safe Certification.
Experience with Unattended Retail Vending Units.
