Associate - Disputes (Construction)

We are looking for

Acting on behalf of owners, contractors, subcontractors and/or sureties in disputes arising from public and private construction and infrastructure projects.
Drafting, advising and negotiating contracts for procurement and construction.
Advising on a broad range of construction issues such as breach of contract, breach of trust and construction liens.
Being a team member of a busy national construction group.
Career advancement and development.
