New Directions is a social service agency offering a wide range of resources and services that foster people's hopes and dreams in their communities.
We are currently seeking a two-year term Assistant Coordinator for the _Childcare Attachment and_ _Relational Education (CARE) Coordination project_, to join the Administrative Resource Group in Family Therapy Services.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to data entry and processing for tracking, evaluation, and reporting; development of tracking templates and forms; scheduling (i.e., to match facilitator availability and groups, facilitator training, groups, mentoring sessions, and workshops); tracking (i.e., facilitator training and payment, contact lists, trainings and workshops); maintenance of tracking and schedule systems; maintenance of SharePoint files and training of users (staff, facilitators) on SharePoint, excel, and PowerPoint; and participation in staff meetings.
Post-secondary degree involving education on information development and management systems.
Good time management practices including accountability, record keeping and administrative skills.
Information technology (IT) training and knowledge and/or experience of Early Childhood Education system are considered assets.
