Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a two (2) year college diploma in a relevant field of study, graduation from an office administration program is an asset.
  • Five (5) years of related on the job progressive experience.
  • Knowledge of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems, such as Raisers Edge.
  • Excellent knowledge of College Information Systems (e.g. HRIS, GeneSIS, PeopleSoft Finance) is an asset.
  • Tact, discretion and the ability to use sound judgment when dealing with sensitive and confidential matters.
  • Well developed planning, organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to liaise with a wide variety of stakeholders, donors, alumni, corporations, and staff at all levels.
  • Ability to deal with challenging people and situations.
  • Sound knowledge of College policies; procedures; programs; academic, administrative and organizational structures; and college decision making process is an asset.
  • Ability to gather information, analyze, evaluate, formulate and recommend appropriate courses of action.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and highly developed minute taking/writing skills.
