Job Description:

As the ERP System Key User / Logistics Project Support, you will be responsible for supporting the SAP Warehouse Management Module and Logistics related Project Support for current requirements and Continuous Improvement opportunities.

Duties and responsibilities will include:

SAP Key User for the Warehouse Management (WM) module and supporting Key User for Production Planning (PP)
Supporting any issues/revisions/improvements to SAP related processes/transactions/outputs.
Acting as the liaison between IT and Bosch Rexroth Canada for Warehouse Management and Inventory Management
Supporting Logistics related Projects as required

Key project responsibilities include:

Liaison between Project Managers, IT
Responsible for requirement gathering, gap analysis and identifying system requirements to satisfy operations needs
Determine hardware requirements as needed
Develop procedures to ensure compliance of policies and protocols
Responsible for creating End User documentation and training material
Conduct End User training using Microsoft Teams, small group instructor lead sessions and oneonone
System testing and Go-Live support
Responsible for all hydraulic conversion related administrative and scheduling function and manage conversion backlog
Manage all conversion production orders: material shortage monitoring & expediting, stock transfers, due date monitoring & associated schedule changes, printing etc.
Work closely with Product Support / Conversion Specialists
Work / communicate with Customer Service Administrator for all Hydraulic conversions for Welland & Sales Offices done via the Customer Service Department
Schedule hydraulics conversions with Conversion Technicians on a regular basis and expedite when required
Enter Return Goods Authorization (RGA) Credit Returns and Credit Sales in SAP system and create supporting documentation for Receiving and Service
Enter Service Work Orders in SAP for inspection of returned goods before placing back in inventory
Administratively run warehouse continuous counts in SAP system and close out/update counts
Obtain approval for and process daytoday inventory adjustments

Qualifications:

College diploma or university degree (Business Administration / Logistics / Operations) or equivalent experience
At least 3 years of experience in a distribution business environment
Experience using SAP modules WM, SD, PP and CS as a key user.
Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerBI, Outlook etc.)
Strong technical background and aptitude
Experience with hydraulics and electronics an asset
Excellent communication and project management skills
Organized / able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Self starter & motivated individual with a natural curiosity to solve problems
Able to work with minimum supervision
Positive attitude
Detail oriented
