Duties and Responsibilities:


What you'll do:


  • Interns will have an opportunity to contribute in a variety of duties such as creating reports and dashboard and administrative tasks
  • Responsible for assisting Staff with shortterm projects to meet business requirements
  • Other duties as assigned by the manager

  • Experience using Microsoft office programs (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel)

Skills and Qualifications:


Must Haves:


  • Must be currently enrolled in a postsecondary institution as a fulltime student, and returning to fulltime studies in September 202
  • Must be currently enrolled in a postsecondary program in Computer Science, Business Management or a related filed
  • Reliable; ability to work from home independently and unsupervised
  • Excellent communication skills and foundational understanding of customer service
  • Customer Service experience
  • Attention to detail and ability to problemsolve
  • Ability to design meaningful and visually appealing reports curated to the varying business requirements of many client groups

Nice to Have but not mandatory:

  • Experience in Data Analytics and Visualization using SQL, Power BI and Excel
  • Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, DAX, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
  • Experience in effective Data Modelling
