    Job Description:

    Nestbox AI is seeking a skilled and experienced CI/CD Developer to join our dynamic, inclusive and rapidly expanding team in our B2B Generative AI Company. As a Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) Developer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery and deployment of our cutting-edge generative AI solutions. You will collaborate closely with our talented team of developers and engineers to optimize our software development lifecycle and streamline our continuous integration and continuous deployment processes.

    Location: Toronto, ON or Remote Responsibilities:

    Design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to automate the build, test, and deployment of our generative AI applications.

    Develop scalable tools to manage the complete lifecycle of LLMs, including data preprocessing, model training, validation, and deployment.

    Optimize LLM training processes for improved performance, efficiency, and ethical considerations.

    Implement robust data pipelines for efficient handling of large datasets necessary for training LLMs, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.

    Evaluate and integrate new AI technologies to enhance LLM training processes.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and enforce best practices for software development, code review, and release management.

    Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the development and deployment processes to improve efficiency and productivity.

    Monitor and troubleshoot the CI/CD infrastructure, ensuring high availability and scalability.

    Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks to ensure the quality and reliability of our software solutions.

    Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to CI/CD and software development methodologies.

    Requirements:

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

    2+ years of professional experience as a CI/CD Developer or in a similar role.

    Proficiency with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch.

    Knowledge of NLP and experience with LLMs.

    Familiarity with data processing techniques and AI model training methodologies.

    Understanding of AI regulations and compliance.

    Experience in AI system security.

    Strong expertise in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI.

    Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).

    Experience with containerization technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes.

    Solid understanding of agile development methodologies and DevOps principles.

    Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and serverless architectures.

    Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
