The Senior QA Analyst will be responsible for designing and executing manual tests for our suite of products. Write test cases based on product requirements
Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
Support release process and perform regression, smoke and functional testing
Analyze issues, take part in investigation and root cause analysis
Create and maintain test and process documentation
A minimum of five years of experience in a QA role - eCommerce experience preferred
A minimum of three years of experience testing website and mobile applications
Experience working with Jira, Testrail, Shopify, Netsuite (OR THER ERP|CRM SOLUTIONS), and other QA tools and methodologies
Experience working with Oracle Netsuite, database validation and OMS is preferred
BA|BS degree in a technology discipline strongly preferred, or equivalent work experience.
English, additional language(s) an advantage.
