- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed requirements for new systems or enhancements to existing ones.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for business requirements, system specifications, processes, and training materials.
- Manage small to moderately complex projects, coordinating project activities, timelines, and resources to ensure successful completion within scope, budget, and time constraints.
- Serve as a liaison between business units and Information Systems.
- Champion the adoption of best practices in BSA activities to promote excellence.
- Certification or degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. As this role is not a Data Analyst role, Data Analyst work experience or education is not considered 'related' / relevant field.
- Three or more years of experience in an equivalent BSA role.
- Experience with managing 1-2 projects simultaneously from start to finish.
- Experience in the following areas would be an asset: business process analysis, change management, solution design and quality assurance/testing.
- Exposure to the following technologies would be an asset: corporate ERP systems, business intelligence/data, document management, OCR.

JOB OVERVIEW
Note: This role is based in Kelowna, BC and can be either 100% on-site or hybrid. It is not a remote role.
At KF Aerospace we are looking for a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) who excels in identifying and documenting requirements, successfully managing small to moderately complex projects, and facilitating clear communication between stakeholders and team members.
The BSA will play a key role on a variety of Information Systems department related projects across diverse business units within KF Aerospace including Maintenance, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Information Systems, and others.
The BSA will need to work with a variety of our systems and processes including our ERP, internally developed applications, and various other supporting and integration systems.
The role is an approximate 80/20 split of Business Systems Analyst work and Project Management.
During the six-month probation period, this role is 100% on-site, after which a hybrid option is available.
Note: This is not a Data Analyst role.
