Bookkeeping responsibilities:

In this position you will be responsible for processing AR/AP transactions, processing and posting credit card statements, completing month/quarter end journal entries, preparing GST returns, performing bank reconciliations, and general data entry/record keeping duties.

What you bring to the table:

2 + years of relevant experience in full cycle bookkeeping
Experience with Quickbooks Online is required
A postsecondary diploma, certificate, or degree in bookkeeping/accounting is an asset but not required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
Accountability and dependability
The ability to work in a team environment and independently
The ability to consistently maintain a high degree of accuracy
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail

Compensation:

$22-$24/hour

$22.00-$24.00 per hour

8 hour shift
Day shift
No weekends
