Overall Mission
As a Store Manager, you will be an ambassador of the brand.

You will lead the team in building client relationships, proactively foster the achievement of sales goals and ensure that the highest level of client experience is delivered.

You will lead the team in clientele activities and consistently meet goals on client recruitment.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Ensure achievement of team targets on a monthly and annual basis

Team Management and Development

  • Ensure your team delivers the Bonpoint service standard to every client. Support them with consistent coaching, identify their development and training needs and create individual action plans
  • Identify, recruit and develop talent, secure succession plans in collaboration with the Retail Director
  • Set individual and team goals; proactively assess and manage performance against expectations
  • Manage and motivate the team to drive business: create a positive and harmonious work environment, foster cooperation within the team members and between store teams

Client and Business Development

  • Develop and manage own client portfolio
  • Lead the team in building long term client relationships, leveraging the different clienteling techniques and tools
  • Establish a clientcentric mindset in store to ensure the highest level of client experience and proactively handle clientrelated situations
  • Communicate and inspire the team on corporate strategy and relevant business information
  • Consistently engage and present ideas on client recruitment
  • Consistently provides product feedback to relevant corp. business partners optimize current and future sell throughs
  • Put in place action plans to boost business and maximize product performance, leveraging visual merchandising and selling training

Selling and Floor Management

  • Act as a role model demonstrating sales leadership to the entire team, through achievement of personal goals, supporting them with their own sales, foster crossselling and client repurchasing
  • Build and develop own client portfolio
  • Ensure business opportunities are maximized through efficient sales floor management, being a visible presence and support and ensuring the Bonpoint service standards are achieved

Operations

  • Ensure policies, brand standards and grooming guidelines are communicated and implemented
  • Lead the team in inventory management and work with corp. buyer at different points of the product life cycle
  • Responsible for creating effective staff schedules that optimizes traffic and clientele needs
  • Responsible for tracking personal and team's time off

Principle Skills, Knowledge, and Personal Attributes Required

  • Minimum 35 years specialty retail experience
  • Minimum 23 years in a leadership role
  • BA a plus
  • Foreign Languages a plus
  • Professional presentation, excellent interpersonal skills; able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Selfstarter, dependable, punctual, flexible
  • Excellent problemsolving skills
  • Computer literacy a must
  • Be fashionforward, have a passion for the fashion/luxury goods industry
  • Be a team player; proactive attitude
  • Ability to adapt to changing needs of the company as necessary
  • Must be able to work a retail schedule available evenings, weekends and holidays as needed

Pay:
$70,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability
