Scope and Major Responsibilities:


  • Provide direct support and assistance to the Business Development team to fulfill partner contractual obligations.
  • Manage and track partnership agreements for the venue.
  • Closely track and provide realtime reporting detail on partner accounts using Ungerboeck or other assigned CRM platforms.
  • Create all business collateral for SaskTel Centre partners, including new client pitch documents, renewal presentations, monthly or endoftheyear recaps, and outbound partner communication.
  • Research potential clients.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments within SaskTel Centre, including SEG teams, marketing, event services, operations, finance, and ticket sales to ensure partner activations and assets are accurate and effective.
  • Oversee venue and event websites; update websites and maintain quality control (ensure show information is up to date, work with departments to ensure content is updated as necessary and represented.
  • Assist in social publishing for showrelated needs announce, presale, on sale. Proficiency with Social Platforms (Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, TikTok).
  • Manage online reputation on Google and other online platforms and respond to customer questions and messages across social media platforms.
  • Stay current on partnership/social media/digital marketing trends and strategies.
  • Create and coordinate signage/messaging within the venue.
  • Assist with eventday responsibilities where assigned (day of show event coverage)
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:


  • Postsecondary diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Sport and Recreation Admin preferred.
  • Previous experience (23 years) within venue management or event management in Marketing or Public Relations preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite
  • Good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or graphic design software, and multimedia management software
  • Professional qualities should include solid business judgment/decisionmaking ability, willingness to learn and adapt, ability to work and deliver highquality results under extreme time and budget pressure, time management skills, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Live Entertainment industry knowledge/background preferred.
