DAILY FUNCTIONS:
_

Work in conjunction with Controller and Senior Accounting Personnel
Assist and oversee the accounting and data compilation of various jobs and divisions
Payables, Payroll, purchase orders, change orders, reports and analysis
Contribute to the purchasing/ordering for certaion projects work closely with coordinators and act as the accounting point person for check and balances on paperwork and protocol.
Invoicing for projects deal with billings and invoice details with the project manager and coordinator.
Purchase order entry, locates and incharge of travel accommodations for field and subcontractor staff.

REQUIREMENTS:
_

Experience in Accounting and/or Adminstration
3 to 5 years.
Significant exposure to finance and some construction.
Energetic, enthusiastic, willingness to learn and also adapt to changing environment.
College/University Level Education preferably background in some of the following accounting, finance, economics or estimating.

- understanding of Jonas Premier, MS Project and Excel a plus
