Fox Contracting Ltd. has been providing general contracting and project management services since 1996. The team is currently seeking a
Site Supervisor with at least 3 to 5 years experience.

Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Consult with trades and consultants to resolve day-to-day construction and design issues
Chair daily/weekly trade and health & safety meetings on site as required and enforce not only Fox's health and safety policies but the MOL guidelines as well
Ensure constructions sites are well maintained orderly and clean
Maintain an uptodate daily site log, in addition to providing daily/weekly project updates to Project Manager
Conduct permit inspections, deficiency walkthroughs and coordinate the completion of remaining work

To qualify for this role, you will have:

A minimum of 3-5 years of related work experience
Ability to understand and interpret drawings and specifications
Strong management, planning, leadership and organizational skills
A solid understanding of all construction trades and construction techniques
Well versed with applicable building codes, Health and Safety and WSIB regulations
Ability to work well with customers, trades, fellow employees and managers
A valid driver's license in good standing; and personal vehicle in good working order
Ability to obtain a police clearance letter
