High Rise Construction Project Coordinator_

Responsibilities:

Assist with determining quote requirements, estimating and preconstruction process
Read and interpret drawings for highrise building, specifications and other various bid documents to help prepare quotes for bid submission
Assist the project manager (in sales) in the project lifecycle of forecasting, planning, analyzing, controlling and closing projects.
Create and maintain highly organized notes, project plans, schedules, files, etc. for various tasks including (but not limited to) tenders, notifications, pricing, approvals, RFI's, and changes/new information as it's received.
Communicate with customers, employees, clients and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information and address requests.
Monitor and update various people on project schedules and timelines.
Multitask between many ongoing projects during various stages of development & construction.
Manage project related paperwork in an organized and legible manner.

Qualifications:

University Degree or College Diploma in Construction
Review architectural drawing sets and specifications and present information in a clear & organized manner
Be able to read construction drawing sets across a number of disciplines
Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
Analyze and solve problems
Be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel)
Acute attention to detail
Client/Customer Focus
Highly organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong document management skills
Understanding of computer operating system for using program shortcuts for better work flow and efficiency.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Experience:

Canadian High Rise: 1 year (preferred)
Window Wall: 1 year (preferred)
Canadian Construction: 1 year (preferred)
