The Opportunity


Reporting to the AVP, Technology Business Strategy & Management, you will be leading change initiatives across Group Functions Technology (GFT) which is continuously evolving the way we deliver value to our customers and to our associates.

You will be working in a learning and supportive team environment.


Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process; experience with Prosci ADKAR Model is a plus.


Location:
CAN, Ontario, Toronto, 200 Bloor Street East


Hybrid:3 days in the office (Tues. Wed. Thurs)


Key responsibilities

  • Assess the change impact, complete assessments, create strategy.
  • Identify, analyze, prepare risk mitigation tactics.
  • Identify and lead anticipated resistance.
  • Consult and mentor project teams.
Build actionable deliverables for the five organizational change management levers:
communications plan, sponsor roadmap, mentor plan, training plan, resistance management plan.

  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal with active listening skills.
  • Ability to Identify potential risks and anticipated points of resistance and developing specific plans to mitigate or address concerns

  • Ability to understand and articulate how technology enables business value.
  • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.
