GFL is looking to hire a Sales Enablement Lead based out of our Vaughan office The Sales Enablement Lead will be responsible as a key member of the Marketing Strategy team and coordinate the Highspot platform, driving the adoption, value, and insights from Highspot and use them to equip GFL's customer-facing teams with the right content, knowledge, process, and tools to maximize sales growth and customer impact.

As the owner of the Highspot platform, you will work closely with the Director of Strategic Marketing to provide measurable value up to and including its executive leadership and other stakeholders.

The Sales Enablement Lead will also collaborate with the Highspot Services Executive and Account Manager to set-up consistent check-ins, Business Reviews, and stakeholder meetings.


In this role, the Sales Enablement Lead will be measured by the overall adoption and utilization of the Highspot platform; incorporating and distilling feedback from key stakeholders; instilling sound content governance across the organization; general administration of Highspot to ensure strong and consistent platform health, training, and evangelism; and analyzing platform metrics to derive valuable business insights.


Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:


  • 3+ years' experience in enablement fields (e.g. sales enablement, partner enablement, marketing enablement) and/or customer success.
  • Knowledge of and experience with Highspot.
  • Experience collaborating effectively with other gotomarket teams (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Product), with sound insight into each function's objectives, challenges and priorities.
  • Relevant experience in sales and success motions.
  • Experience executing marketing plans from ideation to completion.
  • Exceptional communication and analytical skills.
  • Detailoriented and highly organized, with a passion for modern software.
  • Experience with platform management, knowledge management, or content management.
  • Knowledge of platform reporting, analytics and dashboard functionality.
  • Involvement in sales enablement groups (e.g. Sales Enablement Society, Modern Sales Pros) and thought leadership.
