    Nombre d'heures par semaine : 30.00h, peut varier selon nos besoins d'affaires.

    Ce que nous offrons :

    • Lorsque la période d'intégration sera complétée (de jour ou soir) avec succès, le candidat pourra débuter son quart de nuit en télétravail

    Ce que vous ferez :

    • Faire rayonner la réputation de BIXI en offrant un service à la clientèle de qualité
    • Recevoir les appels entrants des clients de Montréal- et 4 autres villes possédant de système de vélopartage (Toronto, Detroit, Chattanooga, Tucson) : aucune vente ni sollicitation n'est demandée
    • Utiliser un CRM (logiciel de gestion des clients) pour assurer un suivi rigoureux et partager l'information avec vos collègues

    Prérequis du poste :

    • DES complété
    • Expérience dans un poste de nuit 23h à 7h.
    • 2 ans d'expérience en centre d'appels (minimum)
    • Disponibilité à travailler 4 nuits de 23h à 7h du mercredi au samedi inclusivement avec possibilité de faire 37.5h avec des quarts additionnels de jour/soir/nuit
    • Grande capacité d'apprentissage
    • Grande autonomie professionnelle
    • Être ponctuel et fiable
    • Être bilingue tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit (français-anglais)

    Obligatoire

    Disponible pour suivre la formation à temps plein du 5 mai au 9 mai
