- Oversee clinical care and provide guidance to staff
- Identify and resolve barriers to effective care delivery
- Coordinate work activities and ensure efficient resource utilization
- Support and supervise staff, implement communication strategies, and manage performance
- Collaborate with HR and attend labor management meetings
- Investigate incidents, ensure compliance with regulations, and maintain documentation
- Participate in staff education and quality improvement initiatives
- Qualifications
- Current RN registration with the British Columbia College of Nurses & Midwives (BCCN&M)
- 2 years recent clinical experience with older adults
- 1 year of leadership experience in a residential care setting
- Cultural education and experience preferred

We are looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) with a minimum of 2 years experience in long-term care.
Position Summary: Reporting to the VP of operations, the Care Manager is responsible for supervising and leading care staff employees, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and collaborating with the management team and stakeholders to deliver quality care.
