    What You'll Do When You Join Us:

    • Collaborate with different plants to address production challenges and enhance safety systems
    • Offer complete electrical support, including troubleshooting, project engineering, and project management for Plants
    • Upgrade legacy technologies to meet current standards
    • Develop automation and control systems, enhance existing PLC programs, and work on servo drives and A/C drives
    • Manage electrical projects, covering scheduling, financial aspects, and overseeing contractor work
    • Design, test, commission, start up, and revamp current equipment setups, as well as explore new technologies as an Engineer
    • Estimate labor hours, plan work, schedule tasks, coordinate activities, and provide reports
    • Serve as a central resource for the development and implementation of automation systems within the organization

    Our Ideal Candidate:

    • Electrical Engineering Technology diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is preferred
    • Minimum of 5 years' relevant work experience
    • Proficiency in Allen Bradley PLC and HMI programming
    • Familiarity with Ethernet networks and network communication standards
    • Strong computer skills, including AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel, and Word
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
    • Willingness to travel to various sites across North America
