Description:

Applicants will be evaluated by an Appointments Committee according to University of Toronto and St. Michael's Hospital policies.

Consideration will be given to the applicant's record of scholarly activity (including grants and awards, peer-reviewed publications, quality and safety program development, collaborations locally, nationally and internationally, supervision of graduate students and fellows and provision of quality and safety education at the graduate and post-graduate levels) and contributions to the field.


The Chair will support the academic activities of the incumbent, which may include salary support, research operations, and relevant educational events.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.


Applicants should submit a curriculum vitae, a 2-page outline of their academic program (including research productivity, training activities and academic prominence), a 1-2 page description of how the chair funds would be used and contact information for 3 referees.
