    Description
    We're a creative consultancy.

    That means we put creativity at the center of all our thinking—be it strategic consulting, design and advertising or product and service design.

    Leo Burnett Canada is looking for a Photo Retoucher who will be responsible for supplying high resolution images for Digital and Print advertising and design.

    We're looking for an individual who can work well with the studio and production team as well as the creative, design and account teams.

    We are looking for someone who is a creative, a strong problem solver and understands the production process.
    In charge of the overall production of a project. These are bigger projects which require client facing and more in depth productions.

    Collaborates with creative, account team and outside production partners to bring together the execution of the tv/content/installations/print and events projects.

    Craftsmanship - ability to translate concepts into successful executions, understanding and enjoyment of the creative product
    Strategic Thinking/Problem Solving - identifies creative solutions that fit the strategic direction of the assignment, contributes to superior production values
    In person working guidelines - If not in production sessions, attendance as per current office policy
    Content production knowledge – experiential, pop up, etc
    Creative input
    Knowledge of performer contracts (non union, actra, uda, print etc)
    Balance creative enhancement and financial efficiency throughout project.
    Ensure adherence to technical, financial, and legal specifications through effective communication and support
    Ability to bring creative production solutions to a project
    Ability to recognize when a more senior producer needs to be pulled in for guidance or leadership
    Willingness to help and support others
