Inside Sales - Bilingual Business Development Specialist (BDR)


REPORT TO:
Director, Inside Sales BDR


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


Konecranes, a leading global group of Lifting Businesses, is looking for ambitious, confident and motivated individuals for its business development team.

As an important point of contact with our current clients, our Specialists perform an essential part of our client consultation process by renewing the service contract and conducting a business review.

The ORR will evaluate crane utilization based on remote monitoring statistics, operating environment, job classification, manufacturer recommendations and local regulations while discussing recommendations and planning jointly with the customer.

BDRs play a key role in our business success strategy.

They will focus on providing world-class customer service, being fully committed to building customer loyalty, and ensuring they have the information they need to make the right decisions based on their particular needs.


  • Timely renewal of agreements and Must be a Bilingual
  • Conducts online "business reviews" using our customer portal
  • Provide an appropriate service contract to address usage, operating environment, job classification, manufacturer recommendations, and local regulations, and ensure customer retention.
  • Work with the local branch to ensure a successful customer experience and the proper execution of the service contract.
  • Provide the local service branch with all relevant customer information from the renewal process.
  • Work closely with local branches to improve service contract retention, customer relationships, scope of services provided, and overall profitability and efficiency.
EXPERIENCE/


EDUCATION REQUIRED:
One (1)+ year(s) of experience in business development or sales is preferred. Experience with CRM tools is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and computer skills. Bachelor of Business or related studies required.


OTHER:
Commitment to excellence, building superior relationships and collaborative abilities. Must be prepared to develop Konecranes' ethics and sales values.
