Manage all aspects of the Canadian Campus Ambassador Team (CAT) Program overseeing 25+ CAT members.
Responsible for the overall direction, operations, logistics, coordination, and evaluation of the CAT Program. This position reports to the Consumer Engagement Marketing Manager.


Essential Job Functions:

Responsible for the recruitment and hiring of diverse and socially influential university/college students to serve as members of the Campus Ambassador Team (CAT).

With an emphasis on students who are social leaders and able to best promote Monsters' portfolio of brands.
Recruit, hire, train, and manage 25+ CAT members per semester.
Audit/review required paperwork/contracts for hiring CAT members.
Manage CAT Program budget & track quarterly spending.

Research & identify universities/colleges that fit the CAT Program criteria & performed pre semester audits to maintain top campuses.

Work closely with CAT members to ensure they meet their bi-monthly report deadlines & deliverables.
Review/audit the campus ambassadors' reports through the online CAT Portal.
Create monthly incentive programs/goals that align with the Monthly Marketing Priorities to drive CAT members performance.
Engage CAT members to actively seek on campus opportunities. i.e. events, sponsorship, digital, sales, etc.
Communicate with CEM Team Leaders & Marketing team on upcoming campus opportunities.
Oversee the direction/execution of College Events.

Such events could include Sports Tailgate Parties, Greek Fest, Welcome Week, College Fest, Dorm Events, Finals week, Collegiate Club Sponsorships, Intramural Sports, Spring Break Activities, Fraternity/Sorority Conventions, and any other events in tune with the college community.

Keep an ear to the ground on what is happening with college life and culture to have up-to-date knowledge of each university and the events on their campuses.

This enables us to strategically plan events that generate the highest brand promotion/awareness from the CAT program.
Coordinate with regional CEM Team Leaders & CAT members to ensure successful/timely product/POS deliveries each month.
Manage point-of-sale (POS) orders for events and university/college programs that require additional POS.
Audit CAT profiles and POS inventory through online CAT Portal.
Maintain CAT Online Community & leverage for team building, communication, & best practice sharing.
Ownership of CAT consumer digital promotions including developing program specific promos & leveraging National promos.
Conduct marketing surveys for graduating college ambassadors exiting the program for evaluation and improvement. Management maintains the right to add or change the duties of this position at any time.


Position Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (B. A.). Recommended 3 to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficient with Microsoft Office; emphasis on Microsoft Excel.
Strong leadership & team management skills.
