Some of the job responsibilities include:

  • Managing calendars for lawyers / senior staff
  • Maintaining physical and digital filing systems
  • Updating various databases and spreadsheets
  • Transcription of meetings
  • Preparing documents for upcoming meetings
  • Coordinating logistics for meetings, including Zoom or Microsoft teams
  • Create and edit documents with Microsoft Word or PowerPoint
  • Reception support and backup
  • Be a team player, working closely with other administrative staff
  • Support other colleagues as needed
  • Be able to work with sensitive information with discretion, maintaining confidentiality
  • Ensure processes are compliant with privacy policies and regulations
  • Have the ability to meet deadlines while adapting to changing priorities
  • Always maintain a positive and professional image for the organization
