    What you will be doing:

    • Developing and maintaining trusted relationships with potential employers (strategic calls, service presentation meetings). To achieve this, you will have access to a database, a territory, and an integrated management system allowing you to carry out necessary activities and follow-ups.
    • Maximizing existing business relationships with active clients.
    • Proactively creating connections with both active and passive job seekers. As such, you will be responsible for daily job postings, recruitment, using social networks, following up with candidates, and maintaining communication to remain a significant player in their job searches, whether active or confidential.
    • Acting as an advisor to support employers in their search for potential candidates: ensuring the accurate identification of recruitment needs, job requirements, and the desired profile, etc.
    • Managing the entire recruitment process (sourcing and headhunting of professionals in industrial/technical/construction sales, presenting candidates to clients, administratively managing interviews at client sites, conducting follow-ups after meetings, etc.).
    • Conducting weekly interviews, taking references, checking records, etc.
    • Monitoring performance indicators set by the company, following the established annual budget, and ensuring objectives are met.

    What you need to bring:

    • 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B sales and business development.
    • Reliable transportation
    • A track record of excelling in everything you have done in the past.
    • Passion for results, resilience, self-confidence, and a desire to exceed expectations.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Ability to speak French and English.
    • Demonstrating natural curiosity and unwavering determination to drive things forward - you love to WIN
    • Must be able to work in the office at least 2 days a week.
    • The position requires consultants to travel to client sites located in areas where public transportation may not be available, 2 to 3 times a week.
