Colony Ford Lincoln is looking for an
Accounting Clerk to join their team in Brampton.

The
Accounting Clerk** will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient completion of vehicle transactions.

The
Accounting Clerk** will handle deal posting, document processing, and dealership paperwork.

Colony Ford Lincoln will be moving into a brand-new dealership in summer 2023 The new dealership will be renamed to Mayfield Ford Lincoln, located at 5 Docksteader Road in Brampton (Mayfield Auto Mall).

Job Duties:


  • Process and commission all retail vehicle sales.
  • Process and account for all dealer trades.
  • Maintain journals and dealership records.
  • Verify costs for accounting department.
  • Work directly with manufacturer to obtain incentive payments.
  • Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
  • Other duties as required.

What We Look For:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field
:


  • Experience with licensing, CDK and 180 is an asset.
  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment.
  • Must bring a positive attitude.
  • Must have excellent communication skills.
  • Must be comfortable with computers and technology systems.
  • Pleasant and engaging phone manner.
  • Teamoriented.
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure with simultaneous deadlines.
