Accounting Clerk to join their team in Brampton.

The
Accounting Clerk** will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient completion of vehicle transactions.

The
Accounting Clerk** will handle deal posting, document processing, and dealership paperwork.

Colony Ford Lincoln will be moving into a brand-new dealership in summer 2023 The new dealership will be renamed to Mayfield Ford Lincoln, located at 5 Docksteader Road in Brampton (Mayfield Auto Mall).

Job Duties:

Process and commission all retail vehicle sales.
Process and account for all dealer trades.
Maintain journals and dealership records.
Verify costs for accounting department.
Work directly with manufacturer to obtain incentive payments.
Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
Other duties as required.

What We Look For:

-
Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field
:

Experience with licensing, CDK and 180 is an asset.
Customer service experience preferred.
Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment.
Must bring a positive attitude.
Must have excellent communication skills.
Must be comfortable with computers and technology systems.
Pleasant and engaging phone manner.
Teamoriented.
Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure with simultaneous deadlines.
