We are hiring a

Group Product Manager responsible for the strategic planning and implementation of Knix's digital roadmap. As a Group Product Manager, you will use data, company insights, and customer feedback to prioritize, plan, and manage initiatives from ideation to deployment. This role will have high visibility and collaborate with various stakeholders to build and define projects, prioritize features to meet key objectives, and work within an agile development team for final delivery.


As a people-leader, the Group Product Manager will play a critical role in the performance and development of the eCommerce product team.

This includes developing talent, championing the growth of individuals on the eCommerce Product team, and ensuring alignment across individual goals and business initiatives.

In addition this means managing direct reports while providing clear performance expectations through coaching and feedback.

The Opportunity:


  • Provide strategic leadership across an area of the product that impacts or requires the collaboration of multiple stakeholders
  • Iterate through the stages of the product development lifecycle using lean and agile development processes while taking a datadriven approach
  • Defines metrics and maps to team and companywide KPIs
  • Responsible for the Knix digital product roadmap, driving customercentric capabilities that support the organization's business strategies and operational dependencies
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams & stakeholders to understand business goals and user needs, build business cases, and support the rollout of new capabilities.
  • Identify and resolve problems, make decisions by completing trade off analysis, and ensure the team is on track towards deliverables and business commitments.
  • Define and lead a product discovery process through developing feedback loops with users, and constant testing & prototyping with UX.
  • Use customer behaviour data and feedback to build conversion optimization features on the sites.
  • Oversee both the longterm strategic direction of the roadmap and conversion optimization, as well as the tactical strategy and execution of individual features.
  • Define, prioritize and scope site initiatives along with the partnership of Engineering & Design teams to ensure that resources are adequately assigned.
  • Responsible for setting KPIs and targets for new features and tracking results through pre and post analysis and A/B testing.
  • Draft stories/acceptance criteria, prioritize the backlog, and actively participate in the agile development process.
  • Lead and coach a team of product managers, providing clarity of purpose, motivation and mentorship

Qualifications:


  • At least 5 years of Product Management experience working in an agile product development environment with at least 2 years of leadership experience as a people manager accountable for performance of a team and function.
  • Previous eCommerce experience in a Product Management capacity is a requirement
  • A track record of effective partnership with Design and Engineering to frame and address opportunities and problems that deliver value to the business and to customers.
  • An engaging speaker and a persuasive writer, you can communicate complex ideas with simplicity and can rally people behind your vision.
  • Experience in a highgrowth, agile software development environment
  • Your process is iterative, datadriven, and usercentric. You love to see projects through to completion
