    Network Engineer Specialist Job# 61778

    About the Job:

    Mindwire is currently seeking a Network Engineer Specialist to work with one of our valued clients.

    The client is located in: Ottawa, Ontario

    Contract is HYBRID (On site in Ottawa, Ontario)

    Requirements and Responsibilities:

    • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in testing or/and operation or/and development or/and integration in network management environments
    • Minimum of five (5) years of experience with network equipment, specifically with Cisco switching and routing platforms (Cisco 9K, 9300s, 6508 and APIC)
    • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in IT Operations work, including the operational capabilities and typical challenges of IT Operations
    • Demonstrated ability to participate with the development process (supporting continuous integration and deployment) from idea to implementation
    • Experience with scalable and highly available service-oriented architectures
    • Experience in working with Agile methodology
    • Experience in working with Cisco ASA and/or Firepower Technologies
    • Experience in working with Cisco NCS 5500
    • Experience in working with ServiceNow
    • Experience working with F5 Load balancers
