We are looking for a Client Service Assistant to join our team in our Winnipeg office

As a Client Service Assistant, you will be responsible to assist the Client Service Manager (CSM) & the Client Service Representative (CSR) to ensure the team meets company objectives and quality service to clients, colleagues, and insurers.

Your day as a Client Service Assistant**- Issue certificates of insurance from client requests/contracts and, in conjunction with the CSM/CSR, ensures the insurance program meets requirements.

Set up new clients in Epic
Scan & attach policy docs to EPIC ( CSM/CSR will give the docs to CSA with instructions advising where to scan & how to name it)
Process invoices and enclosure letters as instructed by the CSM/CSR
Print liability cards: pinks, NOA
Issue template letters for Liability cards and mailing them
Attach open & closed claim notices & submit to claim department
Process return mail
Prepare Presentation of Policy Documentation in Binders for clients
Follow BFL policies and procedures, including security and quality procedures, as currently set out and as amended from time to time.
Other miscellaneous duties and special projects as required
Minimum 2 year insurance experience
Level 1 license
Extremely detailed
Must be completely client focused and service oriented
Maintenance of licensing requirements/continuing education
Excellent communication skills, listening, verbal, and written
Ability to work well independently, as part of a team, and with others throughout the organization
Positive attitude and a desire to grow
Willingness to go beyond the job description
Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
