    Hybrid: Remote and onsite work based on performance

    ** Leading 9 branches in Calgary's South End

    As the Managing Director at ATB, you will oversee a team of Branch Managers, guiding them to excel by:

    • Translating corporate strategy into successful business plans
    • Helping leaders understand the link between branch success and market performance
    • Building and retaining a strong team
    • Providing coaching, feedback, and measuring success
    • Recognizing and celebrating achievements
    • Creating value through collaboration internally and externally

    Requirements

    Key Responsibilities for Managing Director:

    • Adaptability in understanding business drivers and implementing necessary changes
    • Inspiring innovation and focused action in others
    • Analyzing trends to drive business improvements
    • Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in retail banking
    • Knowledge of branch operations and HR principles
