- Maps and optimizes customer journeys, identifying bottlenecks and designing processes that make interactions seamless and enjoyable to accelerate growth from our customers.
- Analyzes customer-related data (NPS, churn, etc.), uncovering trends and providing actionable insights to improve the experience.
- Facilitates cross-functional collaboration between Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to optimize the customer lifecycle.
- Champions the effective use of RevOps technology and identifies opportunities for automation to streamline processes and enhance customer and the front-line team's experience
- Acts as the voice of the customer within the organization, ensuring that decisions prioritize exceptional experiences.
- Put in place the first customer nurturing system.
- Consolidate tech stack following past M&As.
- Data Analysis Expertise: Deep understanding of how to collect, manipulate, and most importantly, interpret customer-related data. Proficiency in data analysis tools and the ability to translate metrics into insights;
- Process Mapping & Optimization: Ability to visualize and analyze complex customer journeys, identify pain points, and propose streamlined processes;
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Demonstrated success building relationships and working collaboratively with marketing, sales, success, and product teams;
- Tech Savviness: Strong proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce & Hubspot), marketing automation tools, and other relevant RevOps tech. Comfort learning new software quickly;
- Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and handle tight timelines;
- Business Acumen: Understands the impact of CX initiatives on overall revenue generation and company ambitious goals;
- Change Agent Mindset: A proactive and innovative spirit, always seeking opportunities for improvement, not afraid to challenge the status quo.
