The Director of Development plays a pivotal role in ensuring the financial sustainability and growth of _Nisa Foundation_ by overseeing all aspects of fundraising, marketing, donor care, and outreach efforts.
_What You'll
Do:
Team Leadership:
- Collaborate with senior leaders to align strategies, ensure cohesiveness, and drive organizational growth.
- Enhance interdepartmental synchronization, ensuring unified strategies and operations.
- Embed a culture that celebrates outcomedriven teams and individual ownership.
Donor Cultivation and
Fundraising Strategy:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with donors and sponsors, ensuring excellent donor care through personalized communication, recognition, and engagement initiatives.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy.
- Orchestrate fundraising events and campaigns that resonate with and appreciate the donors and community.
Marketing and Branding:
- Oversee the development and execution of marketing and branding strategies that promote the mission and work of Nisa Foundation, with a focus on building awareness and increasing support.
- Seamlessly integrate social media strategies, leveraging platforms to enhance our brand presence and engagement.
Outreach and Community Engagement:
- Lead outreach efforts to expand the donor base and engage with the community through events, campaigns, and other initiatives.
- Oversee volunteer recruitment and alignment with our mission, providing them with growth opportunities.
Financial Management:
- Collaborate with the Executive Director and finance team to design and manage the annual budget, ensuring fiscal prudence and sustainability.
- Monitor and manage the development budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve fundraising and marketing goals.

What we're
looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Nonprofit Management, Marketing).
- Proven track record of success in fundraising, marketing, and donor cultivation.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Knowledge of fundraising software and data analysis tools.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Experience in nonprofit or philanthropic organizations preferred.
