About This Opportunity:


Docebo is looking for a results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and execute best-in-industry organic social media programs for our growing global public company.

This individual is responsible for developing and implementing high-level, comprehensive social media strategy to increase our industry reputation, thought leadership, and brand awareness across the globe.

This person will grow and maintain strong relationships with L&D influencer networks as well as work with our creative and content team, draft content, and manage Docebo's LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook social media channels.

You will use your expertise to grow our social media efforts through elevated strategy, design, copy, and content.

This role requires the ability to plan for and handle the execution of multiple campaigns and evergreen content on a consistent basis while providing regular reporting and analysis of performance.

Reporting to the VP of Brand & Solutions Marketing, this individual will be a data-oriented social guru who is seasoned in building and executing organic social strategy that drives organic growth year-over-year.

As an experienced Social Media Manager, you should have excellent multitasking skills to handle all of our social media accounts in a cohesive way.

Responsibilties:


  • Implement and integrate strategic social media plans that advance the business's brand identity in the market
  • Develop a datadriven social media strategy in collaboration with key business stakeholders that ensure YoY organic growth across a multilanguage, global footprint
  • Write original, eyepopping, bold copy that is onbrand across all Docebo social networks (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Twitter)
  • Engage in key industry conversations on social channels and be a thoughtleadership disruptor ready to start new conversations
  • Use SEO, SEM, and PPC practices to optimize content
  • Collaborate with key marketing stakeholders including Marketing & Corporate Communications, Solutions & Product Marketing, Events, and Demand as well as other business leaders to drive shared goals through targeted campaigns
  • Have an eye for design you will be collaborating with graphic designers to develop visually compelling content designed to convert
  • Work with multiple internal stakeholders, including executive leadership to ensure content is representing the needs of various brands and/or campaigns
  • Stay uptodate on the latest social media trends, best practices, and technologies
  • Utilize analytics, media, and social media monitoring tools, you will set forth impactful reporting systems to demonstrate valid metrics to prove the value of their campaigns to internal stakeholders

Requirements:


  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Journalism, or related field
  • 5+ years experience working in a Social Media capacity in B2B/SaaS space
  • Demonstrated experience planning technology and corporate social media campaigns and managing them through execution and reporting
  • Experience working with executive leadership to develop content that represents both the brand and individual contributors
  • Strong copywriting skills and an eye for graphic design and detail
  • Familiarity and working knowledge of scheduling and analytics programs such as Sprout SDesign experience using Adobe Creative Suite or similar
  • Strong creative ability with analytical nature
  • Strong time management skills
  • Understanding of HubSpot, and Google Analytics
  • Creative and technical writing skills
  • An ability to handle deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, L&D, elearning, and technology is preferred.
