    Description
    We are currently looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team.

    Our Financial Planning & Analysis team is focused on driving stakeholder and shareholder value by developing the operating and financial plans required to achieve our company goals.

    You will help our business grow, help our customers succeed, and continuously improve the way we operate.

    We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Financial Analyst who takes numbers seriously, thrives in a rapid-growth, high-velocity environment, and someone who lives and breathes our values.

    As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving insights and supporting strategic decision-making through in-depth analyses, revenue forecasting, ad-hoc financial modelling, and strong stakeholder partnerships.

    Gather data from various sources to prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts, and provide key analytics, analyses, and summaries as required.

    Deeply analyze data and work closely with business partners to identify opportunities for revenue optimization and growth.

    Examples of analyses:
    ROI, Unit economics scenario analysis, Lifetime value and customer acquisition cost, and Sales efficiency trends.
    Develop and update financial models with actuals, conduct variance analysis, find and communicate insights, and forecast future performance.

    Examples:
    financial modelling and presentations of findings and strategic insights to stakeholders, including the executive leadership team.
    Ensure we have strong data cleanliness and source of truth reporting.
    Work closely with Accounting to ensure all financial information is accurate.
    Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (finance, accounting);
    Have 3+ years of Financial Planning or Business Analyst experience;
    Strong understanding of SaaS business metrics and key performance indicators is a big asset;
    Be passionate about effective and intuitive data visualization;
    Be deeply data-driven, analytical, and curious;
    Be passionate about building data-driven organizations and having an impact on the business.

    The expected new hire base salary range** for similar roles within Clio is $89, ,800 CAD.
