- Baccalauréat ou Technique collégiale dans un domaine lié à la gestion des opérations ou à l'ingénierie.
- Technique collégiale (DEC) de l'ITA en transformation alimentaire (un atout).
- Deux (2) années d'expérience pertinentes en gestion des opérations manufacturière.
- Expérience dans un milieu syndiqué & industrie alimentaire, un atout.

La fromagerie de Granby est bien plus qu'une usine elle est l'un des piliers de l'histoire de la coopérative Agropur, participant à l'économie locale, depuis près de 40 ans. Nous sommes à la recherche d'un.e superviseur.e de production détenant une vision stratégique, une capacité à voir plus loin que l'action quotidienne, détenant un sens de la mobilisation initiant le changement tout en étant axé sur l'amélioration continue.
La personne en poste fera partie d'une équipe de douze (12) superviseurs de production en ayant comme leader, le Directeur production et logistique. Cette personne sera sur un horaire de nuit .
