IT Support Analyst


Reporting to the Supervisor, CT, you will provide excellent customer service to our employees as well as troubleshoot and resolve complex end-user issues.


Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues relating to personal computing and peripheral devices
  • Troubleshoot various mobile technologies and platforms
  • Perform triage and escalate employee requests to appropriate IT teams
  • Participate in departmental projects

To Succeed, You Will Need:


  • Vocational or Technical School Degree in IT Technical Support Services
  • 3 years experience in troubleshooting and supporting enduser technology in a corporate environment
  • Hardware/software installation and configuration experience
  • Verbal and Written communication to understand the complaint and explain the solution
  • Troubleshoot and solve IT problems
