IT Support Analyst
Reporting to the Supervisor, CT, you will provide excellent customer service to our employees as well as troubleshoot and resolve complex end-user issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues relating to personal computing and peripheral devices
- Troubleshoot various mobile technologies and platforms
- Perform triage and escalate employee requests to appropriate IT teams
- Participate in departmental projects
To Succeed, You Will Need:
- Vocational or Technical School Degree in IT Technical Support Services
- 3 years experience in troubleshooting and supporting enduser technology in a corporate environment
- Hardware/software installation and configuration experience
- Verbal and Written communication to understand the complaint and explain the solution
- Troubleshoot and solve IT problems
