Planner/Scheduler
Job Type:

Role
Bienenstock Natural Playgrounds is currently seeking a full-time Planner/Scheduler to assist in the management of ERP systems and maintain schedules of the production team.
They will be responsible for balancing the availability and resources against incoming requests to ensure all tasks are completed on time and adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate changes in priorities or deadlines.
Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Scheduling daily/weekly/monthly production timelines
- Forecast data and build production schedule that supports requirements
- Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory values
- Adjusting inventory levels as needed
- Entering product orders into appropriate systems
- Closing out manufacturing orders at completion of job
- Maintain bills of materials
Skills & Qualifications
- 3 years supply chain experience
- Ability to manage a complex schedule
- Able to work under pressure and to multitask to complete all duties on time and completely with sometimes conflicting priorities.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with multiple team members, other department leaders and workers in the organization.
- Experience with MRP or ERP systems
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Excellent knowledge of GoogleSheets/Sharepoint

$50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
