    Description
  • Caractériser les tâches planifiées et non planifiées (RNC, BOI, Snags, Cahiers) - Durée, Zone, Métier, Jalons Prédécesseurs/Successeurs;
  • Supporter les leaders de production dans l'exécution et la rencontre des cibles journalière;
  • Rendre les tâches exécutables en production le plus rapidement possible (suivi des disponibilité disposition, pièces, documentation);
  • Supporter les leader et chef d'équipe dans la planification quotidienne des tâches;
  • Faire un suivi sur l'évolution et la fermeture de la documentation en lien avec l'avancement des tâches aux avions;
  • Faire des analyses d'impact selon les enjeux rencontrés en production;
  • Être garant/ Mettre à jour la planification de l'ensemble des avions en intégrant les impacts, les contraintes et les opportunités sur la flotte d'avion;
  • Animer les rencontres et présentation à haut niveau sur le suivi des cédules;
  • Participer et gérer des projets d'amélioration

    • In your role, you will

  • Characterize planned and unplanned tasks (RNC, BOI, Snags, workbook) - Duration, Area, Job activity, Predecessors/Successors, Milestones;
  • Support production leaders in the day-to-day operations and during Daily Morning Meeting;
  • Make production jobs executable as quickly as possible (monitoring engineering disposition, parts availability, documentation progression, etc...);
  • Support the leader and production team in the daily planning of tasks;
  • Follow up on documentation related to the progress of aircraft completion;
  • Carry out impact analysis according to the issues encountered in production;
  • Be responsible for / Update the planning of all aircraft by integrating the impacts, constraints, and opportunities on the aircraft fleet;
  • Facilitate high-level meetings and presentations on schedule follow-up;
  • Participate and manage improvement projects.

    • As our ideal candidate

  • You have a DCS or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or logistics or another discipline in operations or any other relevant experience.
  • You have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in a manufacturing / plant environment
  • You have a global vision of the company;
  • You listen to internal customers and stakeholders (production and support function);
  • You are comfortable in a production environment;
  • You have a spirit of synthesis and are comfortable presenting to senior management;
  • You are dynamic and work in a team;
  • You demonstrate leadership and enjoy taking on challenges;
  • You show patience, perseverance and curiosity;
  • You possess intermediate to advanced skills in MS Project, in order to track your planning
  • You possess intermediate Excel skills, using it as needed to complete summary analyses;
  • You are bilingual (French and English spoken and written).
  • Vous avez un DEC ou un Baccalauréat en Génie Industriel ou en Finances ou une autre discipline scientifique ou toute autre expérience pertinente;
  • Vous avez un minimum de cinq (5) ans d'expérience en milieu manufacturier / usine
  • Vous avez une vision globale de l'entreprise;
  • Vous êtes à l'écoute des clients internes et parties prenantes (production et fonction support);
  • Vous êtes à l'aise dans un environnement de production.
  • Vous avez un esprit de synthèse et êtes à l'aise de présenter à la haute direction;
  • Vous êtes dynamique et travaillez en équipe;
  • Vous faites preuve de leadership et aimez relever des défis;
  • Vous faites preuve de patience, de persévérance et de curiosité;
  • Vous avez des connaissances intermédiaires à avancées avec MS Project pour le suivi de votre planification;
  • Vous avez des connaissances intermédiaires d'Excel, au besoin, pour des analyses sommaires;
  • Vous êtes bilingue (français et anglais, parlé et écrit).
