We are currently looking for motivated, self-starters who take pride in their work for the position of General Labourer/Process Technician in Brantford, ON.


Responsibilities:


  • Variety of warehouse duties including cutting & sorting metals, organizing material, general housekeeping related duties
  • Operating and maintaining hand & power tools
  • Operating metal reclamation machine
  • Occasional sorting of lamps, unloading trucks, dismantling lamp fixtures and sorting components
  • Keep accurate daily and weekly production records
  • Possibility of becoming a machine operator (metal reclamation process)
  • Training provided
  • Other duties as may be required from time to time

Qualifications:


  • Experience as a production associate or factory labourer an asset
  • Mechanical ability and able to use hand & power tools
  • Able to work occasional overtime on Saturdays or evenings
  • Ability to lift 5075lbs
  • Be able to work quickly and safely in a fast paced environment
  • Flexible and able to move from one job to another as required
  • Able to work with others and on your own
