The main tasks consist of:

  • Be responsible for the invoicing and logistics of the Onetrade software for BVCC's Canadian locations
  • Verify, validate and send invoices to clients
  • Manage the payables and receivables process with suppliers and customers
  • Act as a point of contact with the human resources team
  • Follow up and manage employees' vacations
  • Answer the phone, provide information to the client or direct calls to the appropriate person
  • Greet visitors, determine the nature of the business and direct visitors to the appropriate person
  • Comply with all applicable Bureau Veritas regulations and standards, terminal, refinery and/or vessel requirements; including quality, safety and environmental standards
  • Read, understand and comply with the company's corporate management system
  • Act as a Safety Office for the site
  • High School Diploma or General Education Diploma
Years of related experience and/or training

  • Advanced Written & Spoken French
  • Advanced Written & Spoken English an asset
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
