FP&A Performance Consultant with experience in planning, forecasting, and reporting to join our team This a great opportunity to combine your finance and technical knowledge.

Our cloud financial planning, forecasting & reporting platform automates manual spreadsheet processes so businesses can spend more time on data insights.

As an
FP&A Performance Consultant, you will work closely with key stakeholders in finance (CFO, VP, Director, Controller) to connect their strategic goals to FP&A model design.

You must have a deep understanding of the FP&A planning/reporting process, knowledge of metrics that Finance leaders hold their business accountable to, and challenges at all levels within the FP&A function.

Intimate knowledge of financial statements is a must.

As part of this role you will:

Work closely with clients' Finance leadership teams to uncover where improvements can be made within their FP&A processes and to understand what outcomes their strategy is targeting
Lead requirementsgathering sessions to extract the functional requirements
Translate functional requirements from design sessions to develop the model
Create and test reports within Limelight to support the delivery and implementation of the project
3+ years experience in Financial Analysis
3+ years of consulting experience
Experience with building planning, forecasting and reporting models
Strong finance and modeling background
Project management is an asset
Understanding of data governance principles and best practices
Skilled in communication with clients and team members
Focused on relationship building and client centricity
Having worked with ERP or other FP&A products is a valueadd
